That said, family is still at the center of who Cheryl is. When her children were young, she stepped back from real estate to be a stay-at-home mom and supported her husband's business along the way. As a previous franchise owner of We Buy Ugly Houses in Rhode Island, she gained hands-on experience in house flips, new construction, land development, and investment properties. That blend of family-first values and real-world deal experience is what she brings to every buyer and seller she works with.

Now that her son is heading to Bryant University and her daughter is a senior at Mount Saint Charles Academy, Cheryl is returning to real estate with fresh energy and local knowledge. She knows the market, the neighborhoods, the schools, and the best places to grab a bite after a closing. A self-proclaimed coffee lover, Cheryl is always on the hunt for a great local café — so if you know a hidden gem, tell her when you meet.
